Basic cost information for hosting your event at De Sering can be found below. For more details and to submit your event inquiry, click the "Host your event with us!" button. As you follow the De Sering Event Inquiry form, it will reveal all the details you need for each event type we can accommodate here. Once submitted, we’ll follow up with you within 5 business days to discuss next steps.

We receive many event requests and, to keep costs low, we limit our administrative time. Please fill out this form as thoroughly as possible. Once we have received and confirmed your request, and everything is clear on both ends, we’ll send you an event agreement to sign.

Please note, our capacity for all events is max. 300 guests, unless you want to consider a collaboration with our neighbouring space De Sloot!
Basic Costs
We strive to keep De Sering's public space affordable and accessible. Below is a summary of event costs here. More details will be accessible later in the inquiry form.
Daytime Events
Prices vary based on what type of organization you are, the nature of your event, whether it's ticketed and if you need to the bar open. We use an honour system, inviting you to donate what you can for the use of space. Read more while submitting your event request.
Evening Events
(after 23:00)
Minimum bar income starting at €150 per hour to cover bar, cleaning, and related costs. This increases with more guests to cover staff costs. For events with 50+ guests and alcohol present, a security guard is required, costing €42 per hour (excl. VAT)
Equipment Usage
If you wish to use our sound system, projector (beamer), or other equipment, minimal additional charges will apply. These costs will be outlined in the process of submitting your inquiry.
