'QuarterLife: The Search for Self in Early Adulthood' is a workshop designed for young adults between 20 and 40 who feel a vague sense of restlessness or uncertainty about the direction of their lives, curious and searching, but not sure why things don't quite click yet.

Based on the book QuarterLife by psychotherapist Satya Doyle Byock, the session gives participants language for something they're already feeling but can't yet articulate: that the tension and disorientation of this life stage is normal, universal, and actually meaningful.

The format is intimate and experiential. Participants will work through two core exercises, a guided self-mapping activity that externalizes their inner tension into two distinct characters, and a facilitated dialogue between participants who find themselves on opposite ends of the same internal spectrum.

The goal isn't to solve anything. It's to help people see themselves more clearly and leave with a sense of recognition rather than confusion.
